  2. Prepare 5 of kaffir lime leaves.

  6. You need 8 of baby carrots (sliced).
  7. Prepare 10 of birds eye chilli (sliced).

  9. You need 15 of tiger prawn (washed).
  10. It's 15 pieces of chicken (cubed).
  11. You need 1 of tomato.
  12. It's 10 of oyster mushroom.
  13. You need of Few pieces of coriander leaves.
  14. It's 3 tbs of Thai Chilli Paste (Tomyam paste Nyonya brand).
  15. It's 1 of small ladle of evaporated milk (F&N brand).
  16. It's 10 tbs of fish sauce (Knife brand).
  17. You need 5 cups of water.

  1. Bring the water to boil along with onion, coriander stem, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chilli, dried chilli and carrots..
  2. When boiling, add the tomyam paste, evaporated milk, and fish sauce. Salt and sugar(if needed) to taste. Add the chicken as well..
  3. When chicken almost cooked, add the tiger prawns, oyster mushroom,tomato and lime juice..
  4. Serve hot with Thai fragrant rice..
