Recipe: Appetizing Taco Bowl

Ingredients of Taco Bowl

  1. You need 1 package of ground meat (e.g. beef, turkey, chicken).
  2. It's 1 package of ground beef taco skillet sauce (Frontera).
  3. It's 1 can of refried beans.
  4. It's 1 cup of queso fresco.
  5. It's 1 cup of Mexican Style Cheese.
  6. It's 1/2 of white onion.
  7. You need 1 bunch of scallion.
  8. You need 1/2 bunch of cilantro.
  9. You need 2 of tomatoes.
  10. It's 2 cups of lettuce.
  11. It's 2 of avocados.
  12. It's 3 of tostada taco bowls (Rio Rancho).
  13. You need 1 of sour cream.

Top with tofu mixture, cabbage, avocado, queso fresco, and cilantro. Taco bowls, burrito bowls, whatever you want to call them! I went with taco bowls this time because of the homemade taco seasoning used on the roasted cauliflower. These tasty vegetarian taco bowls are one of our go-to dinners!

Taco Bowl instructions

  1. In the skillet pan sear/saute ground meet. After the meat is cooked through add taco sauce. Continue to simmering for 10-15 minutes (add tiny bit water if needed). At the same time warm up the refried beans..

  3. At the end warm up tostada taco bowls in the oven and serve..
